Meet Meagan Pearson, Esq.

Florida Bar-licensed attorney and the founder of Ace Legacy Law, PLLC.

My practice is focused on estate planning, business succession planning, and veterans law, helping individuals, families, and business owners across Florida build plans that actually reflect what they want, not just what a generic form provides.

I built Ace Legacy Law as a fully virtual practice, because I believe access to good legal guidance shouldn't depend on whether you can take time off work, find childcare, or drive across town during business hours.

My own life has shaped how I practice law. As a military spouse, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with frequent moves, long absences, and the kind of uncertainty that comes with a life that can change quickly.

My own life has shaped how I practice law. As a military spouse, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with frequent moves, long absences, and the kind of uncertainty that comes with a life that can change quickly.

This experience has also helped me deeply understand the importance of proactive planning and crisis planning, both of which arise frequently in all families, not just military ones. That perspective shapes how I work with every client, whether or not military life is part of their story, because everyone deserves a plan built around their real life.

I take the time to understand your family, your goals, and your concerns before I draft a single document. Estate planning isn't about filling out a form; it's about making sure the people and things you care about most are protected, no matter what comes next.

Why Ace Legacy Law, PLLC

The name Ace Legacy Law was chosen with intention, and it relects the values I bring to every client relationship, captured in the acronym at the heart of my practice: ACE.

Accessible · Compassionate · Excellent
A
means meeting you where you are. My practice is virtual, with evening and weekend availability, because life doesn't pause for business hours, and neither should access to good legal guidance.
C
means showing up in every conversation with genuine care, not just legal expertise. Estate planning often touches on difficult subjects: aging, illness, family dynamics, and loss. You deserve to be heard, not rushed.
E
means every document I deliver reflects careful, thoughtful work. Your plan is a reflection of your life and your wishes, and it deserves the same level of care you'd want for anything that matters this much.
These aren't just words. They're a daily standard I hold myself to, because the families and business owners I work with deserve nothing less. And to the protection that holds through every season, in every chapter of your life, whatever it brings: that's the legacy I want to help you build.
